My wife and I have been Mug Club members since nearly the beginning, and we truly love this place. We genuinely hope it has a long and successful future in Berwyn. That said, this review focuses on our most recent visit. We arrived tonight (Friday) just before 6 PM, got seated promptly, and ordered our beer and pizza right away. The beers arrived quickly, but unfortunately, our pizza took nearly an hour and a half to come out. During our wait, we were offered a complimentary beer, which was a nice gesture. It was clear that they were extremely busy, as the restaurant quickly filled to capacity, and while it's great to see them thriving, I can’t help but think that if this had been our first...

This place is a fantastic choice for homemade wood-fired pizza! I visited on a Thursday evening and found an available table right away. We started with the arugula salad, which was huge and delicious. It featured thick slices of Parmesan, pistachios, tomatoes, and a slightly sweet and tangy balsamic drizzle. I ordered the margherita pizza, while my friend opted for the pepperoni supreme. Both pizzas were excellent! The crust of the margherita was wonderfully airy and light. I did wish the bottom of the pizza was a bit less soggy, but it was still enjoyable. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, conveniently located right across from the train station. I will definitely return to try more di...

That was an incredible pizza. I ordered the Danger pizza, and it was pushed to the edge of spiciness. It was extremely spicy, yet still enjoyable, and the fresh basil helped balance it out. The honey added a unique touch; I've never tried that combination before, but it would make a great dip for wings. I wouldn't suggest adding ranch or blue cheese, but having some vegetables on the side, like sweet orange peppers or sugar snap peas, would be a nice addition. I will definitely be ordering this pizza again. It’s top-notch for sure!

This place never fails to impress me. It's one of my favorite brewery experiences of all time. Pauly really puts a lot of effort and expertise into every beer he brews. My favorite is the vanilla cream, but they're all delicious. Jamie and Paul prepared a sausage, mushroom, and roasted garlic pizza for me that could rival any of the famous pizza spots in Chicago. I don’t mind making the 45-minute drive to get here because it’s absolutely worth it! Looking forward to seeing you all soon! Book a table now

The brewery is quite small, so I recommend arriving early if you're with a large group. We arrived around 6 PM on a Friday, and it was packed! I also noticed that they had a steady stream of to-go orders, which speaks to the quality of their pizza. Because of that, we waited close to an hour for our pizza during the dinner rush. I imagine if you visited during less busy times, the wait would be much shorter. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Fantastic pizzas! The brick oven really makes a difference. You can't go wrong with that! They also offer some exciting challenge pizzas that come with super spicy peppers! The beer selection is excellent, and the gelato is absolutely delicious! We tried a little of each flavor they had this time: mango, pistachio, hazelnut, and coffee. Everything was so tasty!

The staff here is friendly, and the pizza is delicious. We were greeted by a warm and welcoming waitress who served us lukewarm water, which is why I'm giving four stars instead of five. We decided to drink it anyway, but when she brought us a carafe for refills, it was still warm. It gave my husband and me a good laugh!

Solid pizza. Solid craft beers if you don't get too adventurous. Nice family-friendly atmosphere at a brewery. Right off the Berwyn Metra stop. Some of their more experimental beers fall pretty far from the target style, but the basic pilsners, wit, and various IPA's are all on-point. Book a table now
