A few years ago, I almost completely sworn Bratwurst and Co., because I just didn't get to the meat in the supermarket. However, since I shop at Fleischerei Kunz, this has changed. Hackepeter, Bärlauchroster, Leberwurst and much more still taste like made with love. Therefore I can only recommend this meat shop!
Bärlauchbratwurst are the Allerlezte,no spice,nobear leach,not even a little fat, only dry and probably with a medium stretched, result unnoyable. We have known the Fleischer since the 90s, also the predecessor, but this was the OPPLY.!!!
