We went to celebrate my brothers birthday on December 31. Maybe it was because of the holiday, I’m not sure, but the food was atrocious. Don’t get me wrong, flavor was great, I got a filet mignon medium, and it came back completely rare. My boyfriends was so over cooked it was practically rubber. My mom ordered a rose and they brought her a pinot noir. I ended up drinking the noir and it was awesome however it’s not what she wanted. All in all the service was great but the dinner for what we got was not worth $700. Mistakes happen but what the hell
We had dinner at Fleming’s on Brickell last night, and I must say, the entire staff was exceptional, making it a memorable evening and dining experience! The steak I had was the best I’ve enjoyed in a long time. I ordered the prime bone-in ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and it practically "cut like butter"! We were celebrating my birthday, and I felt like royalty throughout the night!
I visited this restaurant for the first time and it was fantastic! The food was incredible, and our server, Brittany, was excellent. We ordered the Tomahawk Steak and were unable to finish it because it was so generous in portion. Everything we tasted was delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the staff was very attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
We dined at Fleming?s on Brickell last night. The entire staff is fantastic and made it a wonderful evening and dining experience! The best steak I?ve eaten in a long time. I had the prime bone-in ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. Tender, juicy and practically ?cut like butter?! We were celebrating my birthday and I was treated like royalty!

We were seated in what I would call a hallway between two private rooms upstairs. Zero ambiance. Asked hostess if there were any other tables available, but we would have had to wait. We should have. The service wasn’t great. Maybe because we were so isolated. Food was good. Cosmopolitan hardly had any alcohol in it
Our waitress is very professional, polite, knowledgeable about the menu and recipes, and made our experience wonderful. The food was freshly prepared and served in generous portions. The value received for what we paid was fantastic.
It was new years and the restaurant was a bit overwhelmed. The food was good and the service was not as good as usual. No Refills, water, forgotten appetizers, plates not cleared between courses etc.
Fleming’s Brickell is a favorite! Consistently great! Love music on Friday and Saturdays not to be missed
