The restaurant is quite small inside, and outside there are some tables on the road. The food was really really disappointing, the rice was stangely hot, just like when You use the microwave (I heard a microwave bip before it was served and I would...bet they used it, even if I can be wrong). The prices are quite high in my opinion (some dishes cost more than euros), and I really do not understand why in cagnes to pay much more than what You pay in the take away just next door (may be the property is the same, and where You can even sit inside).
We visit this area once or twice per year and always go back to this restaurant for lunch or dinner and have always found the staff very welcoming and had efficient service. The prices are what you would reasonably expect on the Cote d'Azur. We...have never been disappointed with our choices and particularly love the Nem as a starter. The lunchtime menu is very good value.
Real asian food, in lovely surroundings in a good location in front of the Hippodrome, cagnes sur Mer. parking in front but make sure that you pay ! The waitress serves you in traditional style dress. The food is excellent but not cheap. Outdoor seating...but make sure that you have a parasol as it is baking hot in the midday sun. Certainly a place we will visit again.
We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance whilst trying to eat at another restaurant which was closed. We like Vietnamese cuisine and this restaurant looked appealing and was fairly busy so we tried it. We were pleasantly surprised with an excellent menu and great food...at a very reasonable price. Well worth a visit

The offerings are not only Vietnamese, but also Chinese and Thai. As Australians we 're accustomed to a high standard of Asian food, and have found it tediously hard to find in France, so the 'Fleur de Lotus ' came as a very pleasant and welcome surprise.
Service is friendly but the food is terrible. We had the impression that the food was from one of those asian buffets and just warmed up. Soggy and greasy. Even the supposedly piquante dish was not at all spicy. We are very sorry we went...there.
We had dim sum to start which was okay. My noodles with chicken and fish etc were very greasy but a fair portion size. Prices are average for the area. Best thing is the location close to the promenade.
Good service. We had Prawn Pad Thai and Vegetarian Plain Fried Noodles. Both tasted delicious. Quick service. Reasonably priced for the location by the Promenade De La Plage.
