Once I finally chose two teas (one in a bag and one in a tin), I took them to the register to pay. The employee struggled to find the prices, which were not listed on either the packaging or the shelves. After several minutes of searching—and even waking the other employee from her nap to help—she eventually shook the tin and entered a price into the register. To my surprise, the total for the two items came to nearly $60. When I inquired about the pricing, the employee explained that it was based on ounces. However, there was no label indicating the weight of the item, nor was there a scale available. It seemed as though she had simply estimated the prices.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this shop recently. I visited to buy some tea as a gift for a friend, but I was surprised to find that there were no prices or descriptions for the teas displayed anywhere. The staff member at the counter was almost rude, repeatedly mentioning that the price depended on the blend and the ounces in the container. When I handed her a container to ask about its price, she couldn't even find it. The whole situation was quite frustrating, especially since I live within walking distance of this store. I am slightly obsessed with this place. They have wonderful and Unique Blends of tea. I had the wildly refreshing strawberry basil tea. It was great for a hot day and you can buy some fresh blend teas to take to brew at home. This is a great place for 1st date, friend catch up, small business meet up. It has plenty of seating. Beautiful and open atmosphere with a great team of workers. Plus it rest in the northern commons which has planty of resturants, bars, shops, and a park near by.
The cutest tea shop! It's so welcoming and inviting. We happened to stumble across it on the way to family photos, and so happy we did! Not only did my husband love the drink he ordered, he LOVED the tea (Dante) recommendation that we bought and took home.They have such a lovely variety and great options, plus some really great pieces to purchase.Definitely our go-to tea shop from now on!

Popped in for my favorite Taro Bubble Tea!!!! I was asked if I wanted oat milk, soy milk or regular milk, I chose oat milk. The sweetness level was just right and the tapioca pearls had the perfect texture and consistency. The vibe of the place is very relaxing and inviting!
My daughter held her bridal shower at this location, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by Jasmine and her team. Everyone had a wonderful time trying the various types of tea. I will certainly be returning!
I tried the cherry hot tea and was WOW'd by this tea! It is the best tea and it does not taste artificial as other teas. I love the ambiance. Very zen-filled environment.
