I would rate this place as average, in my opinion. Our group of 5 tried a variety of burgers and we all agreed they were just okay. I ordered The Chili Pepper Burger with Hand Cut Fries topped with Truffle Oil and Grana Padano. The burger looked great but lacked the flavor I expected from grass-fed beef. Additionally, the sesame seed bun was not toasted as stated in the menu. Two people ordered their burgers well-done, but they all seemed to be cooked to a medium level. The Smoked Chili ketchup was the highlight of the meal for me. The fries were disappointing as I couldn't taste the truffle oil and the portion size seemed small for the price. Yesterday was my first time dining at Flip Side, and I have to say it was perhaps the best burger I have ever had. Cooked perfectly medium, the meat was incredibly tender and juicy with no imperfections. Every bite simply melted in my mouth. The sweet potato fries were also top-notch, perfectly crispy on the outside without any burnt pieces. The onion rings were a hit as well. Unfortunately, they were out of the homemade chips, but I'm sure they would have been great too. The prices were very reasonable, comparable to Five Guys but with first-class quality. Thank you, Flip Side, for a delicious meal!
I give him a star because I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service, but can not give it higher, because I simply don't have the hamburger or the pommes (stripped two species of their fries, terrible spices) and the mac and cheese for my young tasted evil, even the couple sent to the table next to us, there is back because their children didn't like it. nice that I left because I don't have to be curious now, but definitiw will never go back.
We had a wonderful time here today. Our server, Mindy, was an absolute gem. Very attentive and made great recommendations. The burgers were fantastic. Cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Pretty disappointed in the burgers here. Greasy, hastily put together, the cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers, so it was not served hot by any means. Sweet potato fries were also greasy. I expected something different for sure with it being in Easton. First and last time at Flip Side.
The menu is excellent! I am disappointed that some of my favorite items have been removed due to Covid. The wait times are a bit longer than usual because of the current situation, but I still adore this restaurant.
AAZING! A Red Door Burger, Truffle Fries, Chef Shake, Brownie Shake, Top O’ The morning shakes all ridiculously tasty Not to mention that they use local ingredients, great service and a really nice atmosphere!

I went to Kam for Burger Week! The burgers were pretty good, but the bacon was a little tough. Still, thank you for a great meal!
