Fantastic! Beach day, good food and cocktail all in one place. from the tables you can see all the blues of the sea and there is also a terrace upstairs where we were drinking some drinks. next to the cocktail zone below we have gone to bite something fast with good music at low volume. Choir service, choir price. Nobody bothers you. They have beach doll service, not many and I have noticed that they are well distanced and attended by staff.

5 stars alone for being open and serving food before the dinner rush! Around 6:30pm we went looking for food since we skipped lunch (lesson learned). We tried 4 other restaurants before arriving at Flipper around 7pm. Got a table with the perfect view of the sunset and beach. Food was delicious and we truly enjoyed the live music and relaxed but friendly service. Cava sangria and the creme brûlée dessert is a must!
the fridge is a chiringuito where to see sunset, dinner and have a drink. I've had dinner here twice and always good. It's not too expensive as other places in formentera and eats well. There are some fusion dishes, salads, fish meats plus the sunset menu. You can also have a comfortable glass sitting on a sofa. all this in a relaxed atmosphere with fucsia-colored roques. Horrible mojito...the bar didn’t accept the complaint and gave us 2 sugar bags saying that it was our taste... Worst service ever, they were cleaning and speaking loudly while we were having our drinks and didn’t care about us at all. Don’t go there if you want to have a good drink. Horrible music taste! Thank you!
This place I love, eating, sunbathing on the top terrace, sleeping the nap on the pink step, reading while you have a coffee, drinking something while you see the sunset, for everything. in the beds above, when you lie down, the vision is the sea, the horizon and the sky, nothing more.
Extremely arrogant and customer unfriendly. Booked a table for 2 persons at 20:00, while arriving, the lady was too busy chatting with some drunk guests. When she finally had time, it was ‘no we are closed’, she was even not even willing to look at my booking confirmation.
