The food at this restaurant was delicious and the service at our table was excellent. However, I had made a reservation for 6 people through OpenTable and when I arrived, the hostesses initially told me there were no spots available. Despite making the reservation only 45 minutes prior to arriving, they explained that their systems do not always update with call-in reservations. They directed us to a bar area and allowed us to choose any open seats. Eventually, a manager intervened and moved us to a regular table after we attempted to sit in reserved seats that we were told were available by the hostesses and a member of the wait staff. This was my first time ordering from your restaurant. I always order salsa if available from a new establishment as it's my favorite side. I was really looking forward to trying yours today but regrettably I did not get my salsa with the $9 chips and queso (which advertises comes with fire roasted salsa . My family and I agree everything else was good, but I was really looking forward to your salsa. Maybe I'll get to try it soon. Thanks for a good meal : -Lee G
I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and the service, food, atmosphere is excellent for a BAR and grill. If you are looking for a more grill, less bar place, this might not be the best place. BUT if you are looking for Really good food, a good atmosphere, a large selection of beers at a great price, this is one of the best places you can go. I have young kids and have bright them here many times for lunch and dinner but it turns more into a bar later at night.
I went to play pool here tonight. When you enter, you are greeted by 2 giant bears. I then walked to the bar and asked the woman if I could use my license instead of my credit card because I don't want any charges on my card. She confidently assured me not to worry, that she would not charge my credit card. I paid in cash when I left, then when I got home the bank sent me a message saying to now pay with my card too. ?

In general, the experience at the restaurant was wonderful. We tried the fried mac and cheese balls, which were delicious, but unfortunately, the centers of all of them were still cold. The staff quickly corrected the issue and brought us new ones that were hot. Despite this small hiccup, we would definitely return to the restaurant as this kind of thing can happen to anyone.
We recently dined at Flips for the first time and I have already suggested it to some friends. The menu was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the food was incredibly delicious!
i genuinely love this place! thy have very good menu options. love their burgers and bacon cheese fries. beers not that bad of a price either. I'm typing this thinking of the burger!
Another friend and I had been meeting there occasionally before we retired so we got several retirees there to join us as the location is centrally located for us.
