Florian - Table reservation

I will not return to this restaurant, mediocre service, absent boss, poor quality furniture, uncomfortable chairs. We're really disappointed, we knew the boss for these leadership qualities, but now it's a pity perhaps because of his absence. He must examine the qualities of his employees, including the dresses of his servers and waitresses. I mean, it's very damaging all of this, I hope this whole team will question, so we'll see. One of the best restaurants in Tarbes. Implanted for several years, Le Florian remains a must: its race side during the beautiful days is a real plus. The card is simple with enough choice without falling in excess. Fresh and local products are honored by the chef who knows how to work them wonderfully! Only flat: the restaurant often displays complete to book in advance, it is one of the best signs of success, isn't it?

Excellent reception, warm atmosphere, servers are very friendly, patient and listening to hesitant customers. Quality dishes, homemade with fresh and local products. The portions are consistent, and all for a reasonable price. Congratulations to Chief Florian. We highly recommend. We will return with pleasure.
