There is a wide variety of breakfast, lunch & sweets to choose from. The bacon & egg roll on a Turkish like sesame bun is delicious, especially the lightly spiced tomato relish. It also came with a hashbrown which was nice. The sourdough toast was misleading as it was not sourdough. Actually it was just airy white Vienna bread and not a sourdough at all which was misleading. The Sonoma fruit & nut sourdough was also misleading as it was definitely not Sonoma bread and neither was it sourdough. So very disappointed on those fronts. Next to a...

Nice cafe here in the metro in Marrickville, with a children's playground next door so great for families. Came with my younger siblings and the menu is varied with something for everyone, as well as a children's menu. Grief

I was shopping at Marrickville Metro and stopped by the FLOW cafe for a bite to eat. I ordered the salmon and salad with a cappuccino and I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was nice and chilled and the seating was comfortable as well - the overall Place seemed clean and the service of the waitress was nice and friendly.For salmon and salad with cappuccino I paid around $20 which I thought was a fair price - for a comfy place to sit and quick bite to eat overall I was quite happy and I would return back to eat again.

Good coffee here in the rear recesses of the Marrickville Metro shopping center. In addition to a children's play area too, so practical if you try to get a break with / from your child. I did not eat lunch here, but a simple selection of cakes make the trick.
Finally somewhere to get a decent coffee before the grocery shopping! I've been going here since they opened early this year and it's lovely. Their iced-coffees and cappuccinos are both really decent offerings and they have some great food as well.

Phillip and his team are always attentive and produce an excellent big breakfast. I'm now a regular and loving it.
These guys love their coffee. They have a little seating area and daily specials on the food. Recommended
