I absolutely love this place. They make it easy for me to choose what I love. You can only call ahead from the parking lot. My favorite dish is the vegan artichoke salad with lemon tahini dressing. They grill the artichokes and serve them with arugula, romaine, avocado, corn, radishes, fresh dill, and sunflower seeds. I like to add tofu to mine. The seasonal items, like the caramelized pear salad, are always extremely fresh. The Mother Earth Bowl and Thai Dye Wrap are also delicious. They are able to modify many dishes to be vegan-friendly. This restaurant has a limited menu, but offers some vegan options. During the summer, I tried the watermelon pepita salad with a citrus glaze and it was delicious. This time, I ordered the forbidden rice bowl with avocado and it was very flavorful. The brussels sprouts side dish had a great taste, but was a bit too salty and oily. The rose petal lemonade was tasty, but could have been sweeter. The staff member who assisted me was very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy this place and its unique atmosphere. The location is also beautiful.
Today I ordered the vegan Thai Dye wrap from Flower Child and was in awe! The flax/chia wrap was super soft and yummy and the spicy tofu inside added a nice flavour to the meal! Just the right sized portion and kept me full with all the good veggies inside. The restaurant itself was super clean and had a trendy vibe inside. Also had lots of delicious vegan options, clearly marked on the menu! Wish they had these in Canada so I could visit more often!
Flower Child has four locations in PHX, a testament to it's popularity and to the valley's relative paucity of viable vegan oriented competition. Like their close sister Living Kitchen, there's an understandable if obviously non-vegan balance with the rest of the planet's palate, however healthy the vibe. My hope is My Flower Child hears the importance of more, and more varied vegan selections.

I love this restaurant. They clearly label all their vegan options on the menu, and there are plenty to choose from. The flavors of everything I've tried have been delicious. I've been here a few times now and have enjoyed it every visit. And the fries are excellent too, with no added sugar!
we had such a great experience at flower child! I loved my court so much, I ordered another one to go for the next day! amazing vegan options and options for their family / friends who still eat meat (so everyone wins! it was very clean and I loved the atmosphere, but it was a little loud.
Had many vegan options, all labeled well. Had a spicy japanese eggplant that was really good and a delicious bowl with broccoli peso, grains, sweet potato (sooo good) and several other things, for dessert I had a vegan chocolate pudding.
this is a very cute place where almost everything is vegan or vegetarian to begin with, and meat or tofu can be added. vegan and gluten free items are clearly marked. our food and drinks were very fresh and tasty! plus service was great.
