Staff were efficient and proved to know the best system for FIFS - we left our details and got a call in 20mins that they were ready.
We both ordered an acai bowl - my absolute favourite right now but in my third scoop there was a thick black strand of hair. It was actually quite sickening. To my absolute disappointment, I lost my appetite and asked the waitress to take it away. She returned with a fig dessert to apologise but it put me in an odd situation whether to eat or not to eat when I was feeling nauseus because of food!

A really cute little cafe inside the Westfield shopping centre.
We had to wait around 20 minutes for a table of 2 at around 11.30am on a Sunday morning. By the time we were seated there seemed to be a lot more seats available.
My partner and I both opted for burgers, one of the barramundi burgers and one of the cheeseburgers. We were surprised that the food came very quickly (around 10 minutes). This became evident when I cut into my burger and saw that the centre was not cooked (blue/rare mince). Fortunately I am not too fussed with raw meat but it is more so that I was starving and couldn't be bothered sending it back. I think they need to take more care that food is sent out cooked pro...

Flowerchild is a cafe in Chatswood that is styled into a botanic haven, lush with plants and flourishing greenery. With coffee and pastries from The Grounds, it’s not hard to see why this cafe always has long queues. We have been here twice and will share the different dishes we ordered each time.

Super cute little place, somehow separating itself from the craziness of Chatswood despite being in the Westfield. A sweet nod to their 'Grounds of Alexandria' cousin (unsure of how closely affiliated they are, but their desserts are DEFINITELY shared). I don't often wait for a seat at a restaurant, but I wait it out any time I feel like a funky lunch with friends here.
Been here numerous times and i love the food. The menu changes slightly every so often so there's always something new to try if you go a few times a month. I love the eggs benedict. Service is great. They do get really busy for breakfast and brunch especially on weekends so get there early if you can otherwise your name goes on a wait list!

The salmon was amazing. The cafe is a really busy place. There are lots of vegan menu. The fried mushroom is really oily but taste good. My recommendation is to go there around 2-3 pm so you don't have to wait for the table.
I freaken love this place. Every time I go, they never disappoint. I love the atmosphere and the food. I would highly recommend this to anyone
