Sänne Röschti is a dinner of rosti (hash brown styler potatoes) with bacon, sausage, tomato, and a soft cheese. My dining partner had another version of Roschti and we both thought the dishes were outstanding. There are a lot of calories in this dinner but the savory, full flavor was very satisfying. There is not much pepper in the mix but for me the salt content was a bit too much but be it known, I am extremely sensitive to salt and I have a lower threshold than most people. It did not garnish 5 stars from me due to the seasonings. There is an extensive menu, much larger than most European restaurants. Ein Restaurant mit Gerichten, die nicht überall erhältlich sind.Fleisch vom heissen Stein, Haggis und anderes.Knoblauchbrot ist zu empfehlen, ebenso Haggis....Gerne besuche ich das Restaurant wieder.
Spezielles Ambiente wegen der Lage, Menuevielfalt, ausgezeichnete Qualität der Speisen, äusserst freundliche Bedienung.Immer wieder einen Abstecher von der Motorradroute wert!
Im Speck kann man lecker essen. Das Ambiente ist unkomplizert. Die Cordonbleu sehr lecker und auch Suppen uns Salate schmecken sehr gut.
