Meal taken on May 31, 2023. Second opinion after having tried again hoping for an improvement. Nothing's changed. Customer comments are not taken into account despite the answer of the manager who makes us believe that it will improve. Cold served dishes .Attent to get the accompaniment of the meat or fish that so must be warmed. Frites cooked after waiting for more than 10min, more pasta or purée. Chicken ordered to the body that is no longer available. Etc... It's lamentable!
Very slow service, I waited 30 minutes for my Burger to be ready! My friends had finished eating I was still not served! About ten people were waiting for their Burger! Staff tried to do their best to address these organizational problems, but it was not seemingly enough. A framing must be done is not normal, a good number of customers were dissatisfied. I will not return to this Flunch, a waste of time!!
To avoid the MC Do, it'll be better at the Flunch... nice mistake... the Burger Bacon at 8th... The bread fade, a meat cake too cooked as a chopped steak, 1/2 ultra fine slice of bacon, a little quick sauce made in the center... and don't look for the salad leaf, the tomato slice or a little onion, no nothing! ... it's shameful!!! Finally we will go to the Mac Do next time !!!!
Horrible!! personnel (not all) but most not at all pleasant or smiling, armoured world restaurant on November 1st at 1pm. More than 45 minutes to get my son's burger (we all finished eating but he hasn't started yet! Stay armored for a holiday and there a single dish per vegetable (for my part at flunch knowing that of Noyelles/Vendin and Liévin) A FUIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! Book a table now
It's been more than 3 years since I've been in Asian restaurants since at night I've been there 1 fish to 12euro freeze and cooked on the grill it looks like we eat very disappointed plastic in the last time I go to Flunch even the mc do and become better
