We dined at the self-service area of the Bistro. The restaurant offers superb views of the airport and the scenic mountains lined up behind the runway—Great for planespotting. Food itself was mediocre, with only two selections of mains. However, the lady behind the serving counter was friendly and explained the options to us in English. Best part of the Bistro is no doubt the cashier with blonde curly hair and blue eyes. He was very handsome and efficient with ringing us up! Walk through the self service bit and you enter a waiter service restaurant with white table cloths , well spaced out tables and the best view! Eating right beside huge windows allowing an unencumbered view of the mountains and the planes! Great entertainment.We have been eating here as our final ski meal for so many years and always marvel that is serves one of the best schnitzels anywhere, the traditional food is terrific and service swift and friendly.We love this restaurant.

The cooked breakfast wasn't great Scrambled egg gone crusty under heat lamp Sausages tasty but tepid Baked beans pasty and congealed Pals cheese and ham roll was a better option
