The wait time is always close to an hour unless you go very early in the morning. The food is not the same as before, low quality and to make things worse there were little roaches in the plastic cup where they put the unwrapped straws. We showed the hostess the roaches, she grabbed the cup and walked away with it. When we asked the waitress what they were going to do about it, her response was I have to check with the manager to see if you can get a discount. She came back and said: the manager can't give a discount because we are very busy. I demand that I talk to the manager. I ordered the two eggs (over medium) and bacon breakfast, subbed the grits for potatoes. The eggs were crispy on outside and super runny on inside. Kinda gross. The potatoes were way too salty, and I’m a salt person. The coffee, bacon, and biscuit were good though. Hubby ordered the southern omelette and it was a runny pile of slop. He also ordered a waffle which was really good. This meal was not worth $35 whatsoever. However, our server, Mark was excellent.
That was my first time. There was a line, but waiting was worth it. The service was great. We had a great waitress she had to go because her shift was over, but the waiter who took over was just as great. The server that brought our food was great. Everyone was so friendly. Good thing was great. I had the Grips and they were good. Didn't expect her so well. The cookies were so fluffy and light. The experience there was wonderful. We will return.
Food was great and Mimosas was nothing to shake a stick at either we went early on a Saturday staff was SUPER nice got seated immediately but around 930a was a line so get there early or prepare for a little wait but the food is worth it definitely an amazing time (wall decor and music was nice and not too loud hubs didn't even notice it)

I had a fantastic breakfast with delicious hot food at this restaurant. The service was top-notch. However, the wait was longer than anticipated. I was told it would be 45 minutes, but it actually took 1 hour and 15 minutes. This was my first time at a "Flying Toucuit" and I will definitely be back.
The Flying Toucans never disappoint! I had breakfast there this morning and it was great as always. I've also treated my employees to breakfast there before and they loved it too. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. The food is always a hit.
my favorite breakfast. I took 2 dozen cookies back and between the family they were gone before the week. Please bring them back my favourite dish: the truthahnhase. I was crushed, it was taken from the menu. but my server brand gave exceptional service.
Service was excellent!! Good strong coffee but the grits, OMG , I think I finished my bowl in like 2 mins, only because it took me 2 mins to add the butter salt and pepper. I didn't care for the biscuits personally but everything else was amazing.

Everything was excellent....the biscuits were so light and fluffy....yum. The service was top notch. I would give it more stars but five stars was the only option.
I can eat breakfast for any meal of the day and this place makes it easy! The grits are as good as they come...topped only by the biscuits!!
