It was so good, we waited a few hours until our bellies felt empty and we went back for another round! It's one of the finest hot chocolates we've ever had - only Thomas Haas, a French chocolatier who has opened a couple of boutiques in Vancouver, has served us better (and we once had some incredible hot chocolate at Amorino in Paris, which was unexpected.) At the end of a hard day's sight seeing what you need is something to refresh you. Try Folie Royale for good coffee, superb hot chocolate and patisserie in a friendly traditional setting. You will feel much better afterwards. Their sorbet is also recommended.
