When Carles says that the food is good accept his advice. The restaurant is part of the Fonda Cal Blasi experience and should not be missed. Like many before me I now know how to make my tomato on toast! The combination of care, love and fresh ingredients made this so special. A gaspatcho appetiser, tostada with Iberico, vegatable terrines (mushroom and courgette), chicken and mushroom stew and a poached cherry pudding. The breakfast was similarly stunning and made for a great start to the day.
