Just off the main street through the old town but another world. Original 16th century building with exposed brickwork, beams and clay ceiling tiles. Great expanse with tables well spread out. Populated almost exclusively by locals. El plato is the primary offering. A very large plate of local ham and cheese with bread liberally spread with olive oil. Teruel is famed for its charcuterie and this is a great example and significantly better than at many 'touristy ' places. Ham sliced and presented properly, a small detail perhaps but does make a difference. House red absolutely fine. The owner very good with the history of the building which is a fascinating story. Ideal location for Teruel. Old quirky place was quite delightful to stay in . Room was warm and beds very comfortable. Shower was a problem , though as unfortunately two mornings running, the water went cold. Near to bars and restaurants. No parking but used the railway station area which was free and not to far to walk although there were more, nearby, to pay for.
Fonda del siglo XVI, la parte del bar eran las antiguas cuadras, bonita decoración en plan rústico, merece la pena visitarlo aunque sea para tomar una cerveza. Ambiente taurino en fechas de las grandes ferias taurinas. Lugar de muy aconsejable visita, al ser un lugar emblemático de Teruel.
Única en en España, posada-mesón del.siglo XVII, ideal para un vermú, almorzar un poco de jamón, o tomar una copa de media tarde... maravilla histórica de la hostelería nacional!!!!... (No he dormido y no sé como son las habitaciones)

El sitio espectacular, hay que verlo. Se podría grabar un capotulo de Curro Jiménez tao cuao está, con encanto. Para tomar una cerveza y poco más, no tienes tapas ni nada... eso se puede mejorar.
Un bar típico en Teruel. Lo mejor es su ambientación tradicional y lo peor es que no disponen de una rampa portátil para que los usuarios de silla de ruedas salven el escalón de la entrada.
Good value tapas and excellent vino tinto also dog friendly.The bar area is spacious and well laid out. TV on the wall showing a local bull fight just added to the realism.
En pleno centro al lado de todo, el hostal precioso y muy atentos y amables a la hora de atendernos. De precio esta mas que bien teniendo en cuenta todo esto.

Una estancia de 10. Y lo mejor que tranquilamente puedes tomarte una copa que tiene debajo el bar. Y con buena música.
Bastante amplio para estar tranquilo tomándote una cerveza.
