This is an great meal plan service. The food, all of it, it’s really good. It’s better than any other food service that I’ve ordered, and I’ve tried about seven of them. It’s amazing how much protein they can get in their food and yet it still tastes great. And it allows you to eat the type of foods that you want to eat, not foods you have to make yourself eat. I do wish however that they had a better delivery system. I received a text message to say that they were delivering my food and right after I got that message, I immediately got a second message that said my food was delivered. It was on my doorstep and it had three ice packs in it, but it was hot outside (over 100 degrees that day),...
AMAZING!! My husband and I have become empty nesters and finding we had left overs that were going to waste. We have been meal prepping for years and just a little over it to be honest. Looked at so many meal prep places and landed on Food for Fitness to try out. Well? best decision we have made! Great customer service? convenient, healthy /fresh meals that taste great as well. Did I say great customer service? Think this is too much and you could make it all at home for less?! Do the math including your time grocery shopping and cooking! Game changer!
Love the convenience of ordering ahead and having doorstep delivery. The Turkey meat sauce w penne and spinach is my absolute favorite- the sauce tastes fresh and is almost better than my own homemade sauce. The shrimp Diablo bowl is another fav- plenty of spice... delicious!! The blueberry pancakes are my fav for breakfast too. The meals keep me full throughout the day and are low in calories. I appreciate the “lean and green” options too as I try to limit my carb intake.
I LOVE FOOD FOR FITNESS! I legit have yet to eat a menu item that I didn't enjoy... of course I have my *favorites* but everything is seriously so bomb. Super easy to just heat up and smash while staying right on point with my macros. They care about their customers and it shines through their food prep and in their customer service. 10/10

super practical for healthy nutrition! delicious meals and lots of variety. the macros and nutrition are already calculated. heat and eat! do not love to eat plan, prep, cook and clean!
Eating for Fitness is an excellent restaurant where the food is always fantastic. The staff, particularly Rain and Andrew, are amazing and always there to help when needed.
We tried many prepaid food vendors. Eating for fitness is on another level. Quality, selection and service is top notch. Great tasting and super healthy. Very recommended.
