I heard great things about Food Nation Generation but I have to say they exceeded all of my already high expectations. The shrimp tacos paired with truffle fries were nothing short of amazing. Full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Additionally, the Korean fried chicken did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Pair this dish with Korean fries and you will not regret it. The ease of ordering through text message and curbside pickup was convenient and smooth. Well done Food Nation Generation! We'll definitely be back.
I had an incredible experience at this food truck! I tried the hanger steak sandwich and the crispy brussel sprouts, and they were both delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare, and the gorgonzola aioli complemented it perfectly. The brussel sprouts were also amazing and I would recommend them as a side dish with any meal. Next time, I plan on trying the Korean fried chicken sandwich and pairing it with the Korean fries. This food truck is definitely a hidden gem!
Chef Beck serves some serious high quality food from his food truck in Melville. Fresh, flavorful and innovative foods from his Banh mi, flat iron steak and Korean chicken sandwiches to his scrumptious tacos, ramen soup and hands down best French fries around. And don’t leave without trying the best bread pudding ever!

My friend suggested Chef Graham for a private dinner party and I'm so glad they did. The experience was absolutely worth it! We chose a custom menu that we thought our guests would love, and it surpassed all of our expectations. We're already thinking about hosting another event after the holidays!
This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars. I tried the Thai Shrimp tacos, Korean fries and Crispy Brussels Sprouts, and everything was delicious! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I am excited to explore the rest of the menu.
