This food truck is not just an ordinary food truck The food that comes out of this food truck is amazing.. the quality the ingredients are super fresh!! You can absolutely tell the food is made with love. The people that make this fantastic food have amazing hearts good humble people. They came last minute to an event and there was always a line.. the food is outstanding don't take my word for it... You must try it yourself. The hibachi is so flavorful . Theempandads are sooooo good ! There's not one bad thing!!! I highly recommend this place is good eats!!
This restaurant offers the best food delivery I’ve ever experienced. They even have a food truck to ensure that the food stays piping hot or perfectly cold, depending on what's needed. And how innovative is it to have an online lemonade stand? I absolutely love the food—it's always fresh and delicious, especially the strawberry lemonade, hibachi, and ceviche. I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you to the team for consistently providing fresh food and delivering it on time. You guys are amazing!
Absolutely delicious!!! Honestly, it does take a bit of time to receive your food, but it's definitely worth the wait! Quality takes time! I highly recommend the empanadas, especially the chicken ones! The shrimp and chicken hibachi were bursting with flavor. I can't wait to enjoy more of this amazing food on my future visits. The owners, Luz and Lou, along with the rest of the staff, are incredibly welcoming. You can really feel the LOVE that's put into their cooking.
You never know when getting food out but we took a gamble at Baldwin's food truck and it was amazing! So fresh, delicious and it was cooked perfectly! The amount you got is reasonable for the price you pay. This is definitely worth a try, Chef Luz you're amazing, keep up the great work!

I would’ve taken a picture of my food but I couldn’t wait to eat it! Great food and great service what more could you ask for? I had the chicken, cheese and beef empanadas they have plus the 3 for $12 Tacos and it was 5 stars all around!
I was on the hunt for Colombian food in the Baldwin area, and this food truck was the first one I found. I was craving empanadas, so I decided to try the meat empanada... it was delicious! I absolutely loved it!
The chicken tacos were great (really like the medium sauce but the spicy it good too if you like a kick) and the service was even better. Very kind people serving yummy food! Will be going back soon enough.
