forellenstüble is a unique place and I believe an example of how the restaurants should look into the future. they have a limited offer, but that is why they are really best in the opposite, namely to ask. there are a few excellent appetizers, three species of trout and of kartoffeln and four different deserts, with excellent wine and that is it! less is more! and all this served in a friendly, relaxed and very beautiful atmosphere. so if they have a desire to eat hard, there are many
