The older woman that works here is so rude. She started yelling at me after I asked for a sample. And said “I already know that your gonna sample and leave” then she demanded my friend and I to leave. I wasn’t even going to do that, I wasn’t even able to purchase or try and a yogurt.
I went in tonight and a rude woman was being very disrespectful.I dropped some of the runny yogurt the onto the rack.She started yelling and saying it wasn’t on accident.She even said never come back.The whole experience was so negative.

Forever Yogurt is my daughter's favorite place, and I enjoy visiting their location in Niles. They maintain a clean environment, and the staff is very friendly.
