Beautiful place and very nice service with friendly staff. We did except more out of the food considering the prices. It was very nicely presented but we had much better dishes before for this price category. Good to keep in mind that the menu’s online are sample menus so it differs from reality. Their cocktail menu online is very special while in reality it was disappointingly basic. Their sticky toffee pudding is absolutely amazing tho! We have stayed at Middleton a couple of times for family get togethers and it has been superb! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and cannot do more for their clients. We had a stay booked in for my brothers 30th in a couple of weeks and with the new covid guidelines we are unable to go and they couldn’t have been more helpful! When this is all over we WILL definitely be booking up again and staying at this wonderful place!
We had the pleasure of afternoon tea in the Coach house. What a wonderful place in beautiful surroundings with devine food. Thank you chef it was perfect. We were well looked after by staff members Marie and her team and a lovely mention to Holly who chatted to us and made us very welcome. We will definitely come back. The location is beautiful and so close to the A1 it would be a perfect lunch stop. The Coach House is a lovely space very calming and service is excellent. The food is absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The fish and meat are clearly very well sourced. My cod kedgeree was particularly brilliant.
