Although our group was welcomed by management prior to our visit, the accommodations provided to us were subpar. The restaurant appeared disorganized on one of the busiest nights of the season, with tired and hungry parade participants having to wait over an hour to be served. It is understandable that many restaurants are struggling to hire wait staff, but our server took 20 minutes just to bring us a glass of water, even though the dispenser was right behind us. The server seemed more focused on menial tasks instead of delivering food, causing our orders to be delayed. My simple order of steamed mussels was eventually replaced by Brussels sprouts after a 40-minute wait, despite my specific...
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The atmosphere was lively and the food and drinks were good. The portion of ribs was very large and they were tasty. I wish they had more options for BBQ sauce though. I will definitely be returning in the future.
After 17 years of marriage, FNP has truly excellent customer service. The manager even treated us to a complimentary glass of champagne. Our waiter, Antonio, was exceptional.
