I would definitely go here if you're craving something spicy, unique, flavorful, or just plain American Chinese food. The outside seems a little sketchy but the food is great. I really enjoyed their veggie dishes, spare rib dishes, and noodles. The only complaint we had was that there was stuff in our water and the fried chicken with chilli peppers seemed old bc the chicken was dry and hard to eat. The dishes are generally very good! I really enjoyed the shredded potato with salted egg( 咸蛋黄土豆丝）and boiled beef（水煮牛肉）. I'll keep coming back until I've tried every single dish on the menu. My family, friends and I have dined here often. The food and customer services are great. We never have any issues. The restaurant has been opened for 15 years for a reason. From the outside this place is not outstanding. The inside is old and tired which is why I deduct a star. Food alone is 5 star. The mutton, tangerine beef, fish, fried rice and string beans were the best we’ve ever had. If you want authentic, this is the place. My Chinese girlfriend wanted to visit this restaurant because it had received positive reviews, but she wasn't impressed and said she wouldn't return. I found the food to be decent, but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Overall, I would rate the food as a 3, the service as a 3, and the ambiance as a 2.
