3 meals are labelled as gluten free, I thought great but I’ll just double check. Asked if the chips are gluten free in the calamari and chips, main size) the lovely lady on service asked the chef he said no! So was going to order the entree calamari that’s labelled gluten free but again asked the lady to ask the chef, he said no! What comes next is the worst, I over hear the chef say just get them out of here! The duty manager did attend after we raised concerns about incorrect labelling on the menu ! Safe to say we will never return and will tell everyone about our terrible experience! As a Woolworths employee that is affiliated with alh venues its very dissapointing!
I tried the sliders since I'm not a big eater, and they arrived quickly along with some garlic bread. However, my friend's steak took over half an hour to come out. The cocktails were reasonably priced and made promptly, but the service was at most a 2-star experience. The majority of the staff, except for the one guy who brought us the Sex on the Beach cocktail, seemed uninterested and not very engaged. We ended up here because the other restaurants we wanted to try were fully booked. Lesson learned: moms don’t book ahead, and we’ve definitely learned to make reservations in advance!
We visited this restaurant with a large group, and the staff was fantastic. However, we encountered an issue with the QR code ordering system. The menu indicates that kids' meals come with a meal, dessert, and a drink. However, when trying to order children's meals using the QR code, it prompts you to add juice for an additional $2 instead of allowing you to select a drink. This needs to be addressed.
Outstanding variety of food and everything (if you've enough room to try it all) tastes amazing! Dinner at the fountain gate has become our large Families tradition whenever we visit from New Zealand for it's quality, costliness and the best part suited playground areas for our Children of all ages making Family dinner a hassle free and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Came here on Christmas Day the food was actually really good the service from the staff was perfect. Especially when you're made to work on a day like Christmas. The cocktails were amazing even though my first one got stuffed up and they brought me the wrong one. They were very apologetic.
If you enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the restaurant, this place is for you. Smokers cog the front door and both sides making for a continued experience. We had to leave as it was quite extreme and throughout. I would hate to be there on a windy day...
Disappointed by this venue. Staff knew about a malfunction door that made a high pitched sound but did not raise it with us until we complained. Food left out... had to remind them to attend to us and clean up. Could do better!!
