Four Pegs - Table reservation

The food was delicious. Ribs, wings and pretzel all yummy. However the server was very pushy. Like he wanted to turn over the table immediately. But the irony is, our first drink took forever to arrive. He brought out the check before we were even finished. We even ordered another round of drinks and he took the check back. There were empty tables the entire time we were there and we didn’t stay for a long period of time. I would go back but really would hope we would not get the same server. Good servers are very appreciated and can make or break a restaurant.

Bbq was not so good. Was disappointed. Was dry and poorly seasoned. Had the sampler that had brisket, chicken and shredded beef(I think). They were cooking out of a food truck while the place is under construction so that could have contributed. . They served the food in little paper tray things. Not impressed. Not planning on returning until the remodel is done (if I go back at all)

The service was great! The food was just okay, however, to be fair, I think the fact that they had a kitchen fire and were cooking out of a food truck had a lot to do with it. I'd be willing to give it another chance when the kitchen is back up and running!

First time to Four Pegs and we will be back! Even though they are under construction right now, they are able to serve the best barbecue in Louisville. Our server was A+. The wings are also the best.

It’s a great restaurant! My family of 8 went and it was amazing.
