Lunch on the inch at the end of July: a lot of people have queued but it goes fast as the whole team is at service, including the production team (dressed in white). Despite the time a little late (13:15), still a lot of choice. The room is clean and wide: we are not hunted as often, which is nice. Veritable dishes in the room, including the cup for coffee: it is more pleasant and cheaper! In short service for this type of badge, bravo the team!
Lunch break. Quick service. Croque-monsieur goat spinach and flan nature. For the first, nothing transcendent: a slice of goat's log accompanied by a few spinach leaves on bread covered with bechamel sauce, the whole spent in the oven for a few moments.
