Foxy's Dining - Table reservation

After living in the area for a little over a year, I decided to visit this restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I ordered a New York Steak cooked medium, but it arrived looking pale and overdone, with no flavor. I opted for the salad that came with the meal, which consisted of a large portion of iceberg lettuce topped with a sliced hard-boiled egg covered in what seemed to be mayonnaise. The baked potato and fresh green beans were cooked well. The service was attentive, but overall, I was very disappointed with the food quality.

This year, the restaurant really impressed me with their menu. I am hopeful that they will maintain the same level of quality next year. I enjoy bringing out-of-town guests here, and arriving by plane at Slate Falls Air is the perfect way to experience it. The quirky decor, like the taxidermy fox winking at you, adds to the charm of dining here.

Wonderful restaurant at Anderson's Lodge, located just outside Sioux Lookout. The menu is unique to the Sioux Lookout area, and offers something higher end. Service was excellent and the atmosphere relaxing. The only disappointing aspect of this restaurant is, its not open all year round.

Good access by boat good solid docking facilities and gentle walk up the hill to the dinning room ten min drive from town by car.. easy parking.. very beautiful lake view dinning room.. out doors theme. food is good staff well trained and helpful.

I must admit I feel somewhat ashamed to write this review, but my hope is to help other potential customers save both time and money.
