the senses are awake from the arrival of the dishes, the view, the smell. In the mouth it is precise, worked, creative and harmonious. the advantage of a simple menu with one option allows to reveal a beautiful work on each dish. wine proposals are relevant and marry well with what is eaten. For the second time in Fragment, it’s always a great time! Without hesitating our favorite restaurant in Caen, both for decor, very pleasant service, associations of original flavors and the balance of perfect seasonings. Nothing to say, if not: go!
