I’ve been to Francesca for about 6 years is 2-3 times a week, but I feel like things are going down, especially regarding service. The taste and quality of the sauces are constant, not exceptional but very well for fast food. They are, however, too often rigged with water, not drained enough. On the other hand, at the team level it has been quite catastrophic for a few months. 2 officials succeeded (a little lady and a rather small and bald gentleman), during which the service was fast, with few errors in the commands etc... the server teams, they, have regularly changed, the staff never stays very long. But for a few months a gentleman has been there, but seems to be completely picking up,...
Coming to eat pasta for the first time at Francesca, I am usually not difficult but my spouse and myself are of the same opinion on 2 different sauces. The sauces have a taste of water, the texture is liquid, I wonder even if the mushroom taste is not made thanks to an artificial aroma. The server unfortunately has nothing to do with it, the sauces are sent (not made on site) Too bad I had to add a lot of salt not to feel like eating pasta with water. Run and eat elsewhere
I'm not used to putting opinions on restaurants or I eat, but it's so ignoble that I'm forced to leave a comment. The potatoes are really not good ... the carbonara sauce has no taste, the lardons are hard and dry, the back of the panacota is just ignoble. To flee
Hello for the first time I have ordered no uber eats super delivery but level quantity of food the bof bof for the price that on peace especially there mascarpone au nutella 4euro for a small super expensive pot. Book a table now
The second time. All right. The dishes are hot. Not much waiting despite the restaurant being almost filled. I really recommend. I'll be back soon.
