The food here is amazing, but the service at the front counter has been quite poor lately. During my last call, I accidentally got hung up on twice. When I went to pick up my food, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for half of my order, even though it was sitting right on the counter. This was because the front counter staff was preoccupied with two incorrect orders instead of completing mine. The women up front were arguing loudly with the kitchen staff in broken Spanish, and there was a long line of customers waiting.
I waited an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive, and when it finally came, the slices were all uneven. The pizzas were burnt, which was really disappointing. To make matters worse, they charged me for wings but sent garlic knots instead. When I tried to resolve the issue, they insisted that I pay for them again. I've been a regular customer, placing multiple orders each month, but after this experience, I won't be returning!

The pizza was fantastic, with an impressive variety. They offered several different chicken slices and even had pepperoni bites, which is something you don't find at most places anymore. This was a great discovery, and we will definitely be returning! It's hard to believe we've lived in Plainview for two years without trying it before.

The pizza at Francesco's Pizzeria is truly outstanding, and the other dishes are just as wonderful. The staff are extremely warm and helpful. They kindly prepared a half portion of penne alla vodka for my granddaughter without any hassle. This is a wonderful local gem!
A 10-inch pie for $15 is one thing, but charging an additional $3 for each topping, pushing the total cost of a 10-inch pizza to over $20, seems excessive. While it was really delicious, I don't think it was worth the price.
I called at 4:00 PM and was told my order would arrive by 4:45 PM. It’s now 5:12 PM, and when I called Francesco’s to inquire, they said the pizza is only just coming out of the oven. Really disappointing.
The best regular slice on Merrick Road! I sampled a few of their specialty slices as well, and they were fantastic. I really think they’re doing an amazing job, especially since they just opened recently!

I tried it for the first time today, and the spinach artichoke grandma pie is hands down the best pizza I've ever had! Everyone loved it! I would give it a 10/10!
