I was positively surprised by this place. I know it's a chain restaurant and I went years ago with my friend in Oxford and again with my boyfriend in Reading but the pizzas were really good and made with care. They were some of the best Italian pizzas I had in the UK, glad to know there are places like this! I also had an affogato icecream and rasberry sorbetto. All great!
Posting based on Takeaway and eating. Simply the best place in Reading for Pizza. The dough is brilliant, does not leave you bloated and the tomato sauce is excellent. Sometimes the pizza in the middle can feel soggy, just ask her if you order it to cook it an additional min and you will be good. In any case, you recommend to try this via express prezzo or zizzi.
Although the service was very slow this time, the manager has compensated us with free pizzas that were so friendly that she didn't have to! As regular guests we always get fast, efficient and friendly service, I think it was a free one. The food is always beautiful and cheap! We always come to a quick dinner or lunch.
They asked to sit outside on the water as it was a beautiful day. The food was great and the beer was great. The staff was great and could not do enough.
