New map! This new menu puts a new spin on this Melun institution! The chef is precise and conscientious. The owner and his waitress are attentive and efficient. Typical dishes correctly prepared, a more modern and varied menu. The classics that we know well remain present and so does the smile. An address to revisit! Price wise, I don't know of another address nearby that offers such good value for money: aperitif main course wine dessert for €25 with a sufficient plate.
