Ryan provided us with excellent service during our visit, adding his witty sense of humor and friendly demeanor to our experience. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, and paid great attention to detail. Unfortunately, Frankie and Benny's in Bury St Edmunds will be closing down, so we were fortunate to have had the opportunity to dine there for the first and last time. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. Despite some food shortages, I was still able to enjoy a delicious vegan meal from the menu, including vegan garlic bread with vegan cheese, garlic broccoli, and a spicy Arrabbiata dish. After having an absolutely awful experience in another restaurant in town (byron burger, where we walked out after 40mins of being forgotten about by our server) we popped into frankie and bennys instead and were greeted by our server Ryan. Genuinely the happiest server we have had. He was super informative with foods that weren't avaliable and menu options for us and very attentive to the customers within his section. We even saw him high five and joke with a child in the table opposite ours. Honestly the best customer experience I have ever had in a food establishment and you can tell that he enjoys his job! we had booked table for 6.30 clock, arrived immediately and ordered quickly (after the attention of the waiter to get). our appetizers and drinks came quite fast, but we waited for our main course. our main courts came out between 7.52 and 8.00 clock and we were booked for 7.45 in the cinema.
soou long wait! the personal pleasant enough, but so overstretched! this breakfast is ridiculous! How can they keep up with all commands?! the chefs were demolished by the feet! would not go again as though eating ok we were there 2 hours plus

Ryan is a amazing server full of charisma and a welcoming personality. This has become some what of a regular treat each month and we can't recommend this place enough. Also we have a friend who is gf and its well catered towards that !
Food was lovely and quick. Drinks were amazing. We had an amazing waiter Ryan who was cracking jokes and made us feel very looked after. Would deffo come back again just to be served by him!
