I recently tried the burger at this restaurant for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The burger came with fries and was topped with lettuce, onion, tomato, gherkins, and a delicious burger sauce that reminded me of McDonald's Big Mac sauce, which I used to love. The bun was flavorful and had a texture that closely resembled a traditional burger bun. I was impressed by how much the fake meat resembled real meat. The staff reassured me that it was indeed a great substitute. I highly recommend trying this burger, and for an extra £1.50, you can add vegan cheese for an even better experience.
I recently visited the Newcastle location and ordered the Halloumi wrap. When the waitress asked if everything was okay, I mentioned that I didn't enjoy it. She offered to get the manager, but I declined as I had ordered it, it just wasn't to my taste. To my surprise, she graciously gave me a full refund, even though the meal was okay. That's excellent customer service! I will definitely be returning. Thank you to the waitress, I didn't catch your name.

Very poor, the service was ok but that changed when questioned about why I was changed 2.99 for an orange juice when it came with the childs breakfast that I ordered!! Apparently because I'm an adult I'm not entitled to the orange juice!! Sorry but that is not stated on the menu, so as far as I was concerned I was entitled to an orange juice with my breakfast. Sort ya selves out Frank or benny!! Cos that stinks
Frankie and Bennys have a rare ability in the kitchen and that is to remove the taste from everything. Combine this with a pseudo American plastic diner' experience and overly loud music and there you have it... Frankie and Bennys. I sadly have nothing positive to say, other than AVOID at all costs!!!
We have been customers in the silverlink for years we went today Sunday we started off with prawn cocktail what a sham came in a whiskey glass small pieces of lettuce and prawns and nothing else included at a cost of each what a rip off and the chicken was dry at each must I say more avoid
I highly recommend this restaurant. It is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the steak is superb. My only suggestion is that they should offer a free refill of coffee for spouses.
