I haven’t been here for many years as thought it was overpriced with a lack of atmosphere and service and upon my recent visit felt nothing had changed . The waitress was super happy but felt like she was reading form a script , my sons meatballs were cold , when I approached our waitress the manager just looked on the other direction , there was no apology when bought back hot , later on 2 waitresses sang happy birthday but the 2nd waitress looked like she wanted to be anywhere but singing happy birthday , I just don’t understand why people pay premium prices here for a less than mediocre meal . I won’t be back , would rather spend my money with a locally run restaurant with quality food ,...
I had a very disappointing experience with the double bacon and cheese burger at this restaurant. One of the patties was overcooked and burnt, which the manager acknowledged was not the usual standard. It was recoked, but nothing was taken off the bill until I brought it up to the waitress, who then offered a £5 discount. I ended up paying £12 for a meal that even the manager admitted was not up to their usual standards. I was not impressed.
Horrible the waitress that served us was not nice at all waiting for ages for her to clear the table or order deserts and the restaurant was empty. Didn’t even ask how the meals are she did not checkk up on us once. The food was not that great either. Don’t know her name but she was very tall and massive teeth.
Lovely staff were very attentive to me and my daughters. The vegetarian menu felt a bit limited on this visit, compared to my previous trips. The only vegetarian pizza option is plain Margherita with the option to pay for extra toppings. The food was good though and myself and my girls enjoyed our meal.

The service at this restaurant was excellent and I have no complaints about the waitress. However, the food was a huge disappointment. If I had wanted cold baked beans, I would have just stayed at home. I hope that the management reads this review and improves the food quality in the future.
Haven't been here for ages. We were in time for the lunch menu which runs until 3pm. We had two courses for £12.90 which was incredibly good value as my burger alone would have been more than tat! Service was friendly and efficient. Portion were the a la carte size so great
I haven't visited this restaurant since lockdown, but as always, they offer delicious food at reasonable prices. We tried the lunch menu and it was excellent, as was the red wine we ordered.
I was pleasantly surprised by the Vegan chicken wing starter . Nice atmosphere, and Martyna the waitress made the experience very memorable, excellent service, will be back !

Excellent service by Martina, who was so friendly and chatty. Lovely food, as always. Definitely a great choice for a date night. Next time, we'll bring the kids!
Our meals were lukewarm. Burger and fries were tasteless and disappointing. Bolognese portion was small and had little meat in. We left feeling underwhelmed.
