My daughter, Chaz I went out to lunch in celebration of my birthday/ Father’s Day. Our experience could not have been better. Chaz is a very handsome 3 month old Portuguese Water Dog. He had a fun afternoon. I love Franklins. I have to say this, my delicious cheeseburger w/fried onions with an order of very hot Crispy sweet potato fries was so good. My daughter ordered a 10” specialty pizza that was delicious. I mean so good. Our server’s name was Josh. He is very Professional a true gentleman. He could not be more accommodating. Nice kid. Kudos to Mat his well trained friendly Staff. A restaurant with high standards allows you to actually relax enjoy yourself for a while. Thank you, Mike
I have visited this place before and always had a great time. The bartenders are excellent conversationalists and knowledgeable when it comes to drinks. The prices are reasonable, and the menu features a wonderful variety. You'll find an extensive selection of beers and liqueurs to choose from.
They allowed smoking inside this restaurant/bar! Ash trays were available throughout the facility. Menu was slightly high , but not horrible. Great beer selection, great location. Cool atmosphere if you like the smell of cigarette smoke.
The staff was friendly and dedicated. Franklin features a humorous artist who appeals to all ages. We loved the zucchini appetizer; it was delicious and paired perfectly with our drinks. Franklin is definitely our new go-to spot.

The atmosphere is incredible! One of the best additions to downtown Wilkes Barre. Upscale Bar Food, which was phenomenal and extremely attentive waiting staff. Open Air concept is super!!!!
Went for the eagles game as we always do. It's a great time with the fans. The bartenders are very attentive and on their game. The food is always amazing. We always have a great time here.
The bar staff and drinks are fantastic.The place is quite nice, with a mixed decor of items from PA history. The outdoor seating is very nice with about 7 tables out front.
Love the setup, sitting by the open garage door is great...they still allow smoking inside so I appreciate the fresh air. Food was pretty good, I'd go back to try more.

Was our first time there .Food was amazing .Bartender was awesome.Prices were very good..Best burger me and my fiance ever had called the Davey Burger..
Pros: Good atmosphere. Nice staff. Great beer selection. Open wall is great for people watching. Cons: Too much metal and concrete. Very noisy.
