On having lunch here 2 days ago, I requested a can of Coke Zero with my meal. I was told that the can was unavailable and that the drinks were served in a glass. I said I was fine for them to pour the can of drink into a glass- the waitress reluctantly agreed, only for a presumably more senior waitress return and say that they could do this but they would charge me $6...yes $6!!!!!! For a can of Coke Zero!!!! They suggested that I purchase a glass of drink instead (that they no doubt would have poured from a 2 litre bottle of soft drink into a 250ml, for which they would then charge me $3.90. ). How insulting to treat your customers in such a disrespectful manner for the sake of your own gre...
Super clean restaurant. How many times do you go to a restaurant and you know it's not that clean? Well this place is amazing and food the is great. I recommend Shish Taouk plate or Lamb backstrap Shish plate. Do not get the mince Shish Kebab plate .... I have tried better. The hommos is the best I've ever tried! Baba Gannouj, Tabouli, and Falafel's are above standard. Highly recommend this place and it's great value for money. Forgot to mention they have the best garlic dip!!! Good ingredients, clean environment, great food for an reasonable price ..... no Lebanese Restaurant in Sydney comes close to Frank's.
My young son and I came to eat dinner here.We ordered a whole BBQ chicken, small Fattoush salad and large chips.The service was warm and friendly. The food itself was the BEST we've EVER HAD ANYWHERE! The garlic sauce is amazing! My son loves chicken and we have eaten at many places, but nothing is as good as Frank's Lebanese Restaurant.Another great thing about this place is that if you're in a hurry and can't sit down to eat (it is more expensive to eat in) you can grab a takeaway whole chicken & chips for just $9.90. Great place for a casual and authentic meal at very reasonable prices. Awesome mezze and wide selection of small, medium and large meals. Lots od vegetarian options. BYO for $2.50pp.We had dips and falafel to start with the highlight being the fresh made bread that's so hot it's puffed when it arrives at the table. Second was the baba ganoush.My quail with a side of garlic sauce was lip smacking! The others had whole fish, eggplant main, mixed grill and spicy fish.

Since they renovated the place and the service went down badly...so many workers but they have no idea what they doing and we wait for the order for a LONG TIME ... waste of money and never go there again .there is so many restaurants in Fairfield much much better than this ****
I have been there recently and some new staff that they've hired were very rude and the food was not fresh. It's been renovated since I last visited but everything has gotten bad except for the decor. I wouldn't recommend Franks anymore as it's not the same as before.
We called at 7:50pm and told it closes at 10pm. Arrived at 8:15pm to everyone packing to go and barely any food. Was given the last leftover half chicken which wasted and dry. Chips were rushed and thrown into the bag everywhere. First and last time here.
I have been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years- seriously good quality food, reasonable prices and the standout dishes for me are the chicken & meat skewers, tabouli and the falafel!!! Best you will taste,give it a try you will love it

Very nice food , very nice seating area also the staff are friendly and looking after customers very well , we understand that some time when the restaurant busy you get serviced a pit late which is understandable .....
Franks food is delicious. We don't live too far away so it's something we enjoy eating every now and then. Never disappointed with the food. Service is good also.
