I was here in the past with my family. The food was good. But we went recently, and there was hardly anyone there. It was very quiet inside. No one has greeted us or said a word. When we walked in my youngest sister, we were with us, and the manager screamed and made her very rude an evil comment. When we asked to talk to the manager (not to know that the woman who addressed my sister was the manager), my mother politely told her that she did not appreciate the way she spoke to my youngest sister and that we would take our business elsewhere. The manager answered very rudely with Attitude and simply said: ?okay that?s fine have a nice day?, very sarcastic. It is sad that this local restauran...
It's not a five star restaurant, but it is an old classic. The food is really good, along with the fact that they give you enormous portions! So you really as if you are getting your money's worth. I don't however like that for such a huge place that is a sit down restaurant, I feel that I had to take away one star just for the cafeteria feel you get, when you get scolded for not ordering your food before you sit down. Other than that, they have a banquet room, a bar, a couple of flat screens with the games on, as well as a room in the back with about 5 arcade machines that look like they need some tlc
The food is okay. It is a great place for children / families, noisy, decently expensive, order before you sit. The garlic bread is quite delicious and the best part is the dough balls for dessert... we ordered the mushroom sauce Lasagne, thought it was vegetarian. It wasn't. A lot of sausage in the mix. Next time I ask...
I finally decided to give Frantones an attempt. I ordered a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza, I asked to be crunchy for the crust. You got it right and the pizza was great. It is better than the other pizza place in Florence. I'll be back.
