TERRIBLE CLEANLINESS. This restaurant definitely needs a visit from the health department. I stopped by about an hour after they opened on Saturday, and I was shocked by the state of cleanliness. Nearly every surface was dirty, with floors that appeared to have gone weeks without a mop. The bathroom was unhygienic, with various substances stuck to the walls. Every table was unclean, and there were greasy fingerprints all over the windows. The beverage area hadn’t been wiped down in ages, and there was a considerable amount of trash that hadn’t been swept from under that space or behind the trash bins. I ordered food without realizing how bad the conditions were until after I paid the cashier...
I was not impressed. All the reviews made the food sound delicious, but that was not my experience. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and there was nothing spicy about it. It had more breading than chicken, and the chicken itself was quite salty. The jalapeno burger was also a letdown—extremely greasy, lacking flavor, and just overall unappealing. The fries were overly salted, and I had hoped they would be crunchy since they were so thin, but they weren't. The vanilla milkshake was probably the only item I enjoyed; however, the strawberry milkshake didn’t taste well blended and had sugar granules that made it hard to enjoy.
This place is even better than In-N-Out! The burgers are amazing, the shoestring fries are delicious, and they even serve cheese curds! And I have to say, the frozen custard desserts are so fantastic that they deserve a separate review. That said, we did notice that the floor at this location was quite slippery, almost as if it hadn't been cleaned properly.
I've typically had positive experiences at this restaurant, but yesterday was quite disappointing. I received very few cheese curds, the fries were stale, and I didn't even get any napkins. By the time I realized all of this, I was back at work; otherwise, I would have returned to voice my concerns. Overall, it was a letdown.

I found this restaurant to be exceptionally dirty. This was my second visit, and I was hoping for a better experience, but it appears that the establishment hasn't been cleaned at all. I'm surprised that the health department hasn't stepped in yet. I won’t be returning.
The food and service are great! A great retro look think 50s/60s burger place. Love their various burgers. Be sure to try their chili cheese fries and fantastic shakes. A half star off for somewhat sloppy housekeeping in the dining area.
The restaurant was not very clean, and the fan was in disrepair. The barbecue had a mediocre flavor, but the friendly staff was a bright spot in the experience.
Ordered in person for burgers and it was great. Before we left, placed an order for ice cream on the app but not one of the 4 items was made correctly.

Very cool space! The Arts and Crafts fair filled the place up nicely. Beers we're good, staff was fantastic!
Like a higher quality steak n steak to put it simply... But it definitely holds up on its own. Worth it.
