For a first timer I’ve had an amazing experience at Freddy’s, when I went to the counter to get my food I was greeted by an employee named Alysa, who was very kind and comforting and made me feel like I was back at home in Texas. Alysa went over and beyond in her service as an employee. She provided the fry sauce and utensils without me having to ask! I think she’s a outstanding person and I do value her work and believe she should get a raise.
I went to Freddy's today to get a lettuce wrap burger. They were out of lettuce wraps but were able to put the meat in a container with lettuce, which was fine. Or, would have been fine if they had any knives, which they didn't. It was not awesome trying to eat my burger with entire tomato slices and those long pickles with no knife. Boo. I should have gone to the competitor down the road who makes awesome burger bowls. Meal type: Lunch

The burger was put on 1 flimsy piece of lettuce and 1 slice of tomato. And worst I paid for a large drink and received a small one . I expect a refund for the drink. Im so tired of receiving poor sub par service.
