We've been here three times, each time ordering two large turtle sundays . The first time, no problem. The second time, what appeared to be an inexperienced worker made the order,spilling half the toppings and washing the cup off. We complained to the manager and she remade the turtle Sundays herself. The third time a young lady made the sundays for us hardly putting any toppings on at all. When you pay over $14 for two turtle sundaysOne expects more than a bowl with a lot of frozen custard and hardly any caramel and hot fudge. I'm afraid this was the last chance to create satisfactory turtle sundays for us.
Brand new store with a full menu that does not actually serve everything on the menu.Don’t go to this particular Freddy’s. The manager offers nothing but condescending remarks instead of offering an option. Paid for my meal to learn that they no longer serve it due to manufacturer. Why am I still able to order?? Wow. Terrible customer service.
Disgusting service. Horrible workers, very impolite and non responsive. Horrible experience will tell everyone I know to never go here. Food was disgusting, service nasty. Everything was wrong. Missing everything, never go here. Everything spilled and overfilled on purpose. Disgusting.
This Freddy's was a lot smaller than most I have been to. They don't put any of the condiments out or have any dispensers. The food and shakes were great and so was the people working there .
