Little has changed in the twelve months since we last visited, but then again why rewrite a hit? Super food at a very reasonable price with wine which we all enjoyed. We visited 3 times on weekdays and this was amongst the best Menu...del dias that we enjoyed. Workmen and locals are the barometer that we use to help us choose where we eat a useful tip from an environmental health officer of our acquaintance). They were there in numbers. The weekend menu is slightly dearer but still represents some of the best value available. I like being able to see the lady working in the spotless food area. We will be back!

three of us had lunch here and had a fantastic experience. the service was friendly and jovial. for the starter, my friends had the nasty and I had the salmorejo. both were fresh and delicious and huge portions! then I had the thunfish and my friends had the john dory. both were well cooked. we had chocolate mousse for dessert. the set menu included the three courses, brot, aioli and oliven, a bottle of wine and a large water for each 14 euro. wow! we could not believe the quality of the food, the amount and the amazing value. the restaurant is rustic, traditional and all we love to eat in Spanish. Thank you!

Having left a tourist restaurant in the town square (Q11) where they barely acknowledged our existence, we were lucky enough to find this restaurant totally by accident. The menu del dia was lovely. The staff were attentive and, perhaps most importantly, there was pride in...the food. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. I’ve had to think twice about leaving this review because I’m concerned that it could become full of off-season cyclists in search of good food.

on the terrace on 12h50. said the waiter we wanted to eat, he replied that the menus start at 13h00, so we decided to wait. other tables that came after us got their food. at 13h30 stood up and went. avoid whether they appreciate their time.
