cool restaurant. more like a place in brooklyn than lustenau. cautiously different and a bit funky. the waitress was a local and specifically spoke their strong local dialect (what was good). we are also native, so we understand them. it's just unusual for a waitress to do that. . the ambiente is special. very comfortable chair at the table.The tartar was very tasty as well as the gruss from the kitchen. the main course tasty but the poor bark fillet was deadly and I was not even asked for my desired cooking stage, the jakobsmuschel was delicious, the supplements very well.Now to criticism:The red wine was served directly from the refrigerator / cellar - the glass had to be warmed up with the hands until the wee was halfway enjoyable. the waiter reacted with an axial and helpless look at our note due to the much too cold red wine. isn't that for me!The big table with the multi-course menu (believe 6 courses)? a great thing
the new free spirit is nothing to the old. the young chef cooks at a high level and prepares both meat and fish as well as supplements to the point and very finely seasoned. a plus also the beautifully arranged teller. the ambiente is a taste thing - very fragile furniture and very quiet music make the atmosphere a little stiff. a little more deco and good laune would help here. the service is exceptionally attentive and concerned about the gastes. compliment also for the price-performance ratio, which can be absolutely seen in items drinks, and the great presentation of menu and menu. happy again.
I'm here for lunch. eating was very good, the iberico pork I had was cooked to perfection! the service was also friendly. the restaurant has a very nice feeling, but outside the atmosphere was a bit less about some. construction activities next door. the size of the portions was good, not too small and not too large. problem I see that the lunch and dinner menu is the same and that the menu is quite small. the price is also quite high., for a nice evening dinner might sit ok, but for a lunch safe too high. in the center of lustenau, the free spirit is a nice restaurant that was recommended to us very much. the curry soup tasted good was extremely salty. the same for the main course. the polnta was nice, but salty. the service was ok. the young waiter. very friendly, but he did not speak very clearly and was difficult to understand. everything in everything, not as good as expected. my vote would be good, but not very good.
