we really appreciate that the school gives the students the opportunity to create and serve healthy, fresh, local seasonal foods with focus on plant-based eating. it is a breath of fresh air in the Swiss where cheese and dried meat are standard. beautiful presentation and taste...from the 6 different dressed my man and I had (quinoa patties, beetroot roll, tortelli verdi, vegetables tagliatelle with cancer, chocolate / coconut tart, apfel dessert.) simple parking and large sunset. in any case recommend to support especially the children and eating the future.
Very nice first experience. Discovery of this new restaurant, opened not far from the first. The students of the hotel school are at the service and in the kitchen. Mastered plant-based cuisine which does not involve food substitution but which reveals a beautiful facet of this style of cooking. Warm welcome by the students and their leaders.
