Plus such people should be refused service, and directed to go to the next Timhortons, so they learn not to waste management and people time plus to learn how to be nice to other people!!!"

My wife likes this place, bowls and smoothies are good, everything is fresh.As with most health conscious/green eateries prices are inflated (10-12$ for a smoothie).Everything is usually great here, but my review is 2 stars, not because of the price, I understand that high quality ingredients cost money as do equipment and staffing. The issue is that where is this money going? I just left after spending nearly 45$ on two bowls. It took nearly 30 minutes to receive my food, I had to make substitutions as they had run out of certain ingredients, all the while two highschool aged girls worked as fast as they could but could not keep up with the ever growing line going out the door. i used to love this place, but the portion is reduced and the price has gone up significantly at the same time. the picture is my salad minus the tofu, 3 items kale, collard and purple cabbage with tofu at 15 dollars. as for other bad reviews have stated, the service is brutally slow.i waited 25min for them to them to put this together. it was painful watching the girl struggle to decide what kale was, then being unsure stood there debating whether she should ask for help, then after a couple of minutes went to ask for help and this went on for my 3 vegetables and the one dressing i picked (i cant imagine if i picked more), the know what they are doing gals that used to work here are all gon...

I used to really love this place, but it seems that recent changes in management or ownership have led to some disappointing decisions. They've adjusted their opening time from 10am to 11am and have taken away some fantastic items from the menu while also cutting down portion sizes on others. Given the prices they charge, what was once considered acceptable now feels like poor value for both the food and service. The incredible staff is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2. I'm really disappointed. I hope the management can improve, especially since there are more dining options popping up in Milton every day.

Unfortunately, the salads and smoothie bowls no longer seem worth it. The picture in this review shows the previous version of the smoothie bowls; you can check other reviews for more recent images. Given the price, the quality should be much better. This used to be my favorite spot in Milton! I ordered a Greek salad with chicken for $18, and the chicken was the driest I've ever had—perhaps because it was close to closing time and their hot food had been put away. If that's the case, they should just not offer it at that time. On a positive note, the smoothies are still good, and the staff are kind and helpful.

I’m so disappointed… I use to love this place and came here regularly to get smoothies and salads. The last 3 times I have waited 30 min for my salad. This last time I went was the last straw, the staff was so unwelcoming, not one person looked up to great anyone who walked through the door or even explain that they were busy and would be with me to take my order in a couple of mins. I stood there with my 3 kids for 15 mins with not a word from any of the workers. I understand lots of places are short staff but a little communication goes a long way.unfortunately I won’t be back.

Sorry, this was a really, really bad experience.I ordered the omega bowl. The salmon was extremely salty and quinoa was mushy.The natural protein smoothie was straight up disgusting.It was warm, room temperature and had a weird texture similar to baking soda toothpaste or skin exfoliant (see pic). There’s also large chunks of unblended dates.I took one sip of the smoothie and thought noooo way I’m drinking that.I threw out my entire meal :|If you are the owner, I would like a refund.

I'm honestly not sure why I keep coming back here. There's one staff member who works at such a slow pace that it's bewildering how it could take 25 minutes to prepare just one salad when I'm the only customer. The staff seems to lack efficiency; they should focus on getting the food out faster instead of just standing around. The prices are far too high for such poor service. After waiting 20 minutes for a wrap, I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my smoothie...

I've ordered from here twice. One time I got the buddha bowl with the almond dressing (which was really tasty) and the other time, it was the greek bowl with avocado cilantro dressing (which I found to be slightly tart, but I could tell it was made fresh and obviously, was super nourishing). The food here is good and wholesome. It definitely tastes very healthy and fresh. And also grateful to have healthy options available locally.

I have bought Berry Deluxe after a few months. This restaurant keeps increasing prices and now has made the serving size smaller by offering it in a smaller container (picture attached) at the same price. The quantity of topping is reduced. Disappointed both in quality, quantity, and pricing. Value for money is diminishing after almost every 3-4 months. Disappointing. I have been a customer for many years.
