I put in my order via Caviar app on Tuesday for today which is Friday and the driver called me saying that the restaurant does not see my order. So I cancel my order thru the app and order directly with Fresh Coast. They handed the order to the same driver, mind you, the driver does not work for them. They work for Caviar app. 2 hours later, my order never came thru. I called to see why and the person at the restaurant said he has no idea because he doesnt even have a contact for the driver. He also said to me “well, I did make the order for you”. This was his answer after I asked for a refund. Horrible horrible customer service. I used to absolutely love this restaurant and would visit almost every other day. Unfortunately, it has become quite disappointing. The poke items are consistently old, giving the impression that they've been sitting out all night. Additionally, I find myself having to call ahead to see if they even have any food available. It seems that there has been a staff change, as the young women who worked there before are no longer around. Now, some younger men are on staff who, unfortunately, don’t seem very knowledgeable. The owner really needs to address these issues because things are rapidly going downhill, and it doesn’t look good for the future.
Was looking for a quick bite for lunch with healthier options and stumbled upon fresh coast. I built my own bowl with tofu. Service was quick. Food was tasty and tofu was cooked perfectly. Definitely a good option for a quick, fresh, healthy meal. They seem to have plenty of options for customization as well as pre designed poke bowls. Price was reasonable, no more than your large chain lunch spots.
The food was excellent!! Great for healthy options and gluten free! I got a market bowl with brown rice, roasted chicken, carrots, and sweet potato which was sooo yummy!! They also gave me an extra side because I had to wait a bit longer for my food to be cooked. My friend had a half acai half pitaya bowl which she really liked too! I would definitely come back again!!

Second time at this location and I will sadly say I will never be coming back. Unfortunately this location is not meeting the same standards as the original location in Newark. The prep counter was filthy and our bowls were very sloppy, the zoodles were dragging out of the bowl as she moved them across the counter. I hope the owners address this issue promptly.
I absolutely love this place! My friend and I had lunch here today, and the food was fantastic. I usually go to Okie Pokie in Highland, but I decided to try this restaurant, and I couldn't stop telling the staff how delicious the food was! The staff members are also very friendly and polite. I’ll definitely be returning with my family soon!
literally obsessed with this place. a friend recommended it to me so i got a market bowl on a whim, and let me tell you, hands down one of the most delicious meals i’ve ever had. im definitely a loyal customer now. great service and great food. i especially love the curried cauliflower, the flavor is on 10. thanks for the wonderful meal!
2 stars only because I used to love coming here. The last 2 times I ordered- The bowls were so bad that it actually warranted me to write this. The quality has gone downhill. One bowl was basically all sauce and no poke! I could count the total protein cubes on one hand. I don't recommend coming here.

This restaurant was very disappointing. The staff was slow and seemed unsure about food safety practices. Their hands were often unclean, leaving smudges on everything. The tables were also dirty. I definitely won't be returning!
